I offer so many services. Just understand if you have made a selection, it can always be changed at the time of your appointment. Some individuals may not know which services is best for them.

PHILOSOPHY
Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Mary Burch. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. I have certifications in Medical, Sports therapy, Cranial/Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Myo-skeletal Aliment, Spontaneous Muscle Release, Tui Na, Prenatal/Postnatal, Cupping and Touch Trauma Therapy. I specialize in pain management. My modalities are Swedish, Therapeutic, Trigger Point Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic work, Cupping, and Therapeutic Hot stones. I have several doctors and chiropractors who are my clients, and they refer some of their patients to me as well.
First and foremost, I am a Christian woman. I am married and have 3 sons. The youngest son has Cerebral Palsy which makes him a completely physically disabled adult, requiring 24-hour care. He has been the best possible teacher I could have ever had. His disability has taught me so much more than I could have learned in a classroom.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
This is the most requested massage. It is a good mix of all pain managing modalities. Addresses the whole-body wellness.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Slow firm pressure used to treat chronic aches and pains. Treats musculoskeletal issues like sprains and sport related injuries.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
This massage is designed to relax the entire body. It's known as the classic massage. It increases the level of oxygen in the blood, improves circulation and helps with flexibility.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Manual lymphatic drainage encourages natural drainage of the lymph. Can relieve swelling from medical treatment or illness that can block the natural flow of lymph. The lymphatic system removes waste from tissues back toward the heart.
